Fierce Pride: Episode Seven

(Fierce Pride #7)

When an unexpected attack rattles Shanora and her protectors will she not only be able to rise, but come out on top?

I’m blinded, bagged, and shackled with nothing but my feline senses to alert me as to what’s going on. I’m not alone… Davis is here, and when our captors reveal themselves he not only seems to know them but also fear them more than he lets on. Davis tells me to do what he says, listen to him and we’ll make it out of this alive…

I’ve never been one to simply sit back and listen.

Fierce Pride 7 is book seven of twelve. Expect a new installment every two weeks!

*I received an advance copy from the author. This does not affect my review.*

**I’ll try not to spoil anything, but since this is later in the series, it might give something away from earlier books. I’ll be vague if possible though :)**

This one…I’ve been wanting…no! Needing this, and ah, it was well worth it. So painful, and more…offensive, perhaps? than any of the other volumes, but so worth it! I loved seeing Davis’ story. I really can’t pick, as I loved the challenge episode with Easton, and while I’ve wanted to see Davis’ vulnerability, so he would be able to open up, and show Shanora why he was holding back before, and hoped that it might just be enough to break the walls in her as well…Was it? I can’t say, but I’m interested to see how the events in the end turn out in the next episode!

(Also curious, will Gael get a ‘story Arc’? I know he started…well the series, but I’ve never felt the story behind his character as I did with the other two males, and was curious since I’ve no doubt he has some past that shaped his character.)
